Donna Incorvaja
Buyers Specialist
Donna come from Malta, which is an island just south of the coast of Sicily. She has been here in the United States for years, and other than her romantic accent you would think she grew up in South Florida. She speaks Italian, Maltese, French – and oh yes did we say English too? She has been working in real estate for less than two years, and what she lacks in experience she makes up for in enthusiasm and hard work.
Donna has a Bachelors degree in Hospitality and uses her skills to make you feel at home during the home buying experience. If you are looking for a friendly enthusiastic, hard working realtor who will make sure you are happy with your new home, then Donna is the one you want to call. Donna has it all great language skills, management background, lots of hospitality and most of all, a desire to make you happy.
Pascual Ortiz
Buyers Specialist
Pascual is originally from the Bronx New York where he worked in the retail and service industry. He joined the Adler Team after moving to Florida to pursue a career in Real Estate.
Pascual is of Puerto Rican and Dominican descent and is one of the Spanish speakers on the Adler Team. From his prior career in the fashion industry, Pascual developed excellent skills in customer service and a great ability to discern a client's needs. People who know Pascual say he is professional, motivated, enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking. He genuinely enjoys helping others and is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure his customer is happy.
He is a Buyer's Specialist who will help you find the home you always dreamed of and guide you in the best investment of your life. Wendy Smith
Listing Coordinator
Wendy is our Listing Coordinator. She handles all aspects of getting your home ready for showings, taking photos, putting your home on all our web sites and initiating all marketing with our marketing team. She gets feedback on showings and puts information about what is going on with the sale of your home on your personal password protected web site.

Brady
Closing Coordinator, Licenced Agent
Brady is our Transaction Coordinator. She handles all sales contracts to closing. She works closely with sellers, buyers, Realtors, title companies, attorneys and all other parties involved in the sale of property. Brady is also a licensed real estate agent. She will handle all aspects of the closing process after you get a contract.
