Lisa Kessler
Lisa is our Customer Care Manager and is in charge of managing the office as well as overseeing the closing department. As such, she has her hand in every file. Once there is an offer, Lisa is there to help the team negotiate to get it under contract. That is when the work really starts, with over 100 tasks that need to be performed in order to bring a file to closing.

Deb Salkeld
As Public Relations and Marketing Manager, Deb ensures that our listings get maximum exposure. She updates our websites to give you the latest in real estate information and news.

Sandra Robinson
Sandra is part of our marketing team, working to assist Christine and the listing coordinator in implementing the 100 point Adler Team Marketing Plan. Sandra adds special value to our team, as she has her CAM (Property Manager's) license.

Josette Catapano
Josette is our Listing Coordinator. She handles all aspects of getting your home ready for showings - taking photos, putting your home on all of our web sites and initiating all marketing with our marketing team. She gets feedback on showings and puts information about the current status of the sale of your home on your own, personal, password-protected web site.

Adriana Reyes
Adriana is our Listing and REO Coordinator. She works hard as our listing coordinator to get our listings marketed throughout the internet as well as through Email and in print formats. From making brochures to making sure that property information is available 24 hours a day, Adriana knows how to get our homes sold.

Addy Adler
Addy has been an agent for over 30 years. She has been known as the Rolls Royce of realtors until she started to cut back a little. She gave Rolls Royce service and drove people around in a Rolls Royce car. She now primarily works with her past customers and is a source of inspiration to the team. Addy is a great resource for us all.

Holly Littleton
Holly is our Closing Coordinator. She handles all aspects of getting your home closed: working with the mortgage companies, the title companies, getting your inspections done, and coordinating appraisals. She helps smooth out the bumps that may occur along the way to ensure that your closing goes as smoothly as possible.

Your child has just been accepted to a university. When you look at the room and board fees, you nearly go into shock! If the school is located in a large metropolitan area, there is an interesting alternative to the college dormitory.

Many parents are investing in condominiums or single family homes near the college campus. They rent the house to their children and one or more roommates.
